• Company/Idara: Indus University Hospital, Pakistan ka aik leading free-of-cost tertiary healthcare network hai. Yeh positions inke CAP aur AABB accredited Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Directorate Network ke liye hain.

• Asamiyan (Positions), Taleem (Education) aur Tajurba (Experience):

  1. Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources: MBA/MPA (HR) ya Master's degree. Senior Manager ke liye 10–12 saal ka progressive HR experience (kam az kam 5 saal manager role mein) ya Manager ke liye 8–10 saal ka HR experience (kam az kam 3 saal deputy/assistant manager role mein) zaroori hai. Large workforce (1000+) handle karne ka tajurba hona chahiye.

  2. Senior Manager / Manager - Education: Health Education / Educational Studies mein Master's degree. 8–10 saal ka experience, jis mein 3–5 saal managerial/leadership role mein hon aur Curriculum Development/Program Management ka tajurba ho.

  3. Data Analyst - Business Intelligence & Analysis: Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, ya Business Analytics mein Bachelor's degree. Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards) aur Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting) mein expert-level maharat lazmi hai.

  4. Senior Technologist (Histopathology, Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, & Immunology): BSc / BS / MLT (Master's degree ko tarzeeh di jaye gi). Kam az kam 5 saal ka relevant experience zaroori hai.

  5. Technologist - Immunohematology: BSc / BS / MLT (Master's degree ko tarzeeh di jaye gi). Fresh se lekar 3 saal tak ka Blood Banking ka tajurba ho.

  6. Biorepository Consent Coordinator: MHA, MPH, Bioethics ya mutaliqa field mein Master's degree. Patients se informed consent lene aur hospital policies/regulatory standards ke compliance ka 2–4 saal ka hospital experience ho.

  7. Senior Officer / Officer - Biorepository: Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, ya MLT mein Bachelor's degree. Biobanking, molecular diagnostics, ya biomedical research mein 2–4 saal ka tajurba ho.

  8. Officer - Distribution: BBA (Supply Chain) ya mutaliqa field. Fresh se le kar 3 saal tak ka experience Supply Chain ya Blood Banking mein ho.

  9. Departmental Secretary - Blood Transfusion Directorate: B.Com / B.A degree. Kam az kam 2–3 saal ka relevant experience aur Microsoft Office (Level 03) mein high-level expertise lazmi hai.

  10. Senior Officer - Quality & Monitoring Directorate: Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) mein Bachelor's ya Master's degree. Kam az kam 3 saal ka relevant experience ho.

  11. Trainee - Quality & Monitoring Directorate: MLT mein Bachelor's ya Master's degree. Fresh graduates ya woh umeedwaran jin ke paas 1 saal tak ka relevant internship experience ho apply kar sakte hain.

Requirements & Qualifications

Available Positions & Criteria

• Senior Manager / Manager - Human Resources

  • Education: MBA/MPA (HR) or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: For Senior Manager, 10–12 years of progressive HR experience managing a large workforce (1000+ preferred), including 5 years in a managerial role. For Manager, 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years as a Deputy/Assistant Manager.

• Senior Manager / Manager - Education

  • Education: Master's degree in Health Education, Educational Studies, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in health education, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role featuring curriculum development and program management.

• Data Analyst - Business Intelligence & Analysis

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Experience: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design) & Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting/automation for data pipelines) to build dashboards and models.

• Senior Technologist (Histopathology / Cytology / Microbiology / Hematology / Chemical Pathology / Molecular Biology / Cytogenetics / Immunology)

  • Education: BSc / BS / MLT (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant specialized laboratory experience.

• Technologist - Immunohematology

  • Education: BSc / BS / MLT (Master's degree preferred).

  • Experience: Fresh candidates to those with up to 3 years of experience in Blood Banking.

• Biorepository Consent Coordinator

  • Education: Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Bioethics, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of hospital experience obtaining and documenting valid informed consent, explaining procedures/risks to patients, and ensuring compliance with confidentiality requirements.

• Senior Officer / Officer - Biorepository

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related life sciences discipline.

  • Experience: 2–4 years of operational experience in biobanking, molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, or biomedical research.

• Officer - Distribution

  • Education: BBA (Supply Chain) or a related field.

  • Experience: Fresh candidates to those with up to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Blood Banking operations.

• Departmental Secretary - Blood Transfusion Directorate

  • Education: B.Com / B.A degree.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience combined with a high-level expertise in Microsoft Office (Level 03).

• Senior Officer - Quality & Monitoring Directorate

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of solid quality assurance and monitoring experience.

• Trainee - Quality & Monitoring Directorate

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).

  • Experience: Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience.
