Taleem aur Tajurba (Qualification & Experience):

Higher Education Commission (HEC) se tasdeeq shuda university se LLB ya LLM ki degree, ya Barrister-at-Law ki professional qualification. Ghair-mulki degree ki surat mein HEC ka Equivalence Certificate lazmi hai.

Sindh Bar Council mein registered hona aur High Court mein case laranay ka license hona lazmi hai.

High Court mein kam az kam 3 saal azadana wikalat (independently pleading cases) ka tajurba.

Constitution of Pakistan, general laws aur procedural laws ka gehra ilm hona chahiye. English zuban par mukammal uboor (fluent) lazmi hai.

Legal drafting, Written Arguments, Written Statements, PWCs, CAs, Misc. Applications, CPLAs aur Reference Applications tayar karne ki behtareen maharat.

Overview
Applications are invited from professionally sound individuals holding a domicile of Sindh for recruitment as a Law Officer in a Public Sector Organization of Sindh. The employment is full-time and offered on a purely temporary basis under a contract for a period of one year, which may be extended at the discretion of the employer.

Academic & Professional Eligibility

Required Education: LLB/LLM Degree from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) OR possess the professional qualification of Barrister-at-Law. For foreign qualifications, an HEC Equivalence Certificate is required.

Bar Registration: Must be enrolled with the Sindh Bar Council and hold a valid license to appear before the High Courts.

Age Limit: Minimum 25 Years and Maximum 40 Years as on 1st July, 2026.
Required Work Experience & Skills

Standing Practice: At least 3 years of standing practice of independently pleading cases before a High Court.

Legal Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Constitution of Pakistan, along with general and procedural laws.

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English.

Drafting Expertise: Rich expertise in legal drafting and preparing Written Arguments, Written Statements, PWCs, CAs, Miscellaneous Applications, CPLAs, and Reference Applications.

Vetting Skills: Good skills in drafting and vetting various legal instruments such as agreements, contracts, tenders, and MOUs.

Court Procedures & Liaison: Well-versed with court procedures, capable of handling case management, and dealing with court offices for the fixation of cases.

Dispute Resolution: Good negotiation skills for dispute resolution in Court matters and/or Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases.

Preferred Advantage: Candidates possessing specific expertise in Federal and Provincial fiscal laws may have an added advantage.

Regularization: Contract employees shall not be regularized into a permanent or regular post.

Posting Location: The appointee will be liable for posting anywhere in Sindh but may mostly be stationed in Karachi.

In-Service Candidates: Candidates already serving in Government Departments, Autonomous Bodies, or Semi-Government offices must apply through the proper channel.
