• Company/Idara: House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC), Pakistan ka pioneer housing finance idara hai. Is senior position par appointment ke liye HRSG Search & Advisory candidates ko short-list kar raha hai.

• Asami (Position): Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO).

• Taleem (Education): HEC se recognized institute se kam az kam Graduate degree (16 years of education) Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, ya Commerce mein hona lazmi hai. Professional accountants ke recognized body ka member hona bhi qabil-e-qabool hai.

• Tajurba (Experience):

  • Kam az kam 15 saal ka post-qualification experience corporate governance, finance, business administration, ya management mein ho, jo HBFC ke barabar asset base wale idaray mein ho.

  • Candidate ka career banker hona aur kam az kam 5 saal kisi bank/DFI mein senior level position jaise Executive Vice President (EVP) ya is se upar, ya capital markets, asset management, investment banking mein CEO/Managing Partner ke taur par kaam karne ka tajurba lazmi hai.

• Umar ki Hadd (Age Limit): Application submit karne ki akhri tareekh tak zyada se zyada 62 saal.

• Salary Package: Market ke mutabiq intehai attractive aur market-based remuneration package diya jaye ga.

• Zaroori Compliance: Kamyab candidate ke liye State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) ke "Fit and Proper Regime" ke criteria par poora utarna lazmi hai.

Overview

House Building Finance Company Limited (HBFC), Pakistan’s pioneer housing finance institution and a key player in the financial sector, is looking to appoint an exceptional and accomplished professional as its Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO). This executive search is being managed by HRSG Search & Advisory to find a visionary leader capable of driving strategic growth and transformation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Academic & Professional Benchmarks

• A graduate degree representing at least 16 years of formal education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Finance, Commerce, or an equivalent discipline.

• The degree must be obtained from a well-reputed institute officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Membership in a recognized body of professional accountants or a demonstrated ability to supervise a complex team of financial experts is highly valued.

Executive Experience Profile

• Post-Qualification Experience: Not less than 15 years of solid experience in areas relating to corporate governance, business administration, risk management, finance, or investment banking within a commercial environment.

• Senior Leadership Requirement: Must be a career banker with a minimum of 5 years of core experience at a senior executive rank, such as Executive Vice President (EVP) and above or an equivalent standing in a bank/DFI.

• Alternative Executive Roles: Senior-level experience as a CEO, Managing Partner, or equivalent in capital markets, asset management, private equity, venture capital, or development financing with asset bases comparable to HBFC will also be considered.

Key Parameters & Legal Compliance

• Age Limit: Maximum 62 years of age as of the closing date of the application window.

• Tenure: The contractual appointment term is set for 3 years, tightly bounded by the State Bank of Pakistan's (SBP) regulations on Corporate Governance.

• Mandatory SBP Clearance: The successful applicant must fulfill all statutory criteria relating to bank CEOs under the SBP’s Fit and Proper Regime.
