• Asami ka Naam (Post Title): Chief Financial Officer (CFO) cum Company Secretary (CS).

• Umar ki Hadd: Akhri tareekh tak zyada se zyada 55-57 saal (Ishtihar ke mutabiq 57 saal).

• Professional Tajurba (Experience) & Skills:

  • Financial management mein kam az kam 10 saal ka tajurba, jis mein se kam az kam 5 saal kisi aisi public sector company mein senior financial management leadership role par hon jis ke kul assets (asaasay) 5 billion rupees ya us se zyada hon.

  • Strategic financial planning, budgeting, aur reporting ka behtareen tajurba (utility ya infrastructure sectors ko tarjeeh di jaye gi).

  • Baray budgets, financial controls, aur stakeholder relationships ko manage karne ka behtareen track record.

  • SAP/ERP implementation ka tajurba rakhnay walay ko tarjeeh di jaye gi.

• Tankhwah (Salary Scale): Hukoomat-e-Khyber Pakhtunkhwa ka MBS-II Scale (jo qabiliyat aur tajurba dekh kar negotiable ho sakta hai). Internal umeedwaran ki mojooda pay aur allowances ko protect kiya jaye ga.

Overview

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Transmission and Grid System Company (KPT&GSC), incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act 2017 and wholly owned by the Government of KP, is looking for a seasoned professional to join its senior management team in Peshawar.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership on high-level decision-making processes across the organization.

• Financial Operations & Reporting: Oversee total corporate financial planning, budgetary control, costing, taxation, and annual reporting. Ensure compliance with International Accounting (IFRS) and Auditing Standards.

• Regulatory Compliance: Handle power sector regulatory affairs and formulate/present tariff petitions before NEPRA. Ensure strict compliance with the Companies Act 2017 and SECP regulations.

• Secretarial Duties: Act as the primary coordinator for all Board of Directors meetings, Audit & Finance Committees, and General Meetings until a full-time company secretary is permanently appointed.
