• Asamiyan (Positions), Quotas, aur Locations:

  1. CAD Officer - Islamic (OG-II / OG-I):

     • Reporting: Islamic CAD Manager - Credit Administration Division.

     • Tajurba: Kam az kam 3 saal ka banking experience, jis mein 2 saal Credit Administration, Credit Operations, Loan Processing, ya Banking Operations (Islamic ya Conventional setup) mein hona lazmi hai.

     • Maharat: Commercial/SME financing, legal documentation review, collateral monitoring, aur MS Office ka aacha ilm.

     • Posting ki Jagah: Lahore.

  2. CAD Officer (OG-III / OG-II):

     • Reporting: Regional Executive - Credit Administration Division.

     • Tajurba: Kam az kam 2 saal ka banking experience (Credit Administration, Loan Processing, ya Banking Operations). Car Finance / Consumer Finance handle karne walo ko tarzeeh di jaye gi.

     • Maharat: Retail products (khas taur par car finance) ki credit administration functions ki samajh boojh.

     • Posting ki Jagah: Mianwali, Quetta, Sialkot, aur Sheikhupura.

• Taleem (Education): Dono positions ke liye HEC-recognized university/college se kam az kam Graduation lazmi hai. Masters degree ya relevant professional certifications rakhne walo ko tarzeeh (preference) di jaye gi.

• Employment Type: 3 saal ka contract package jo bank policy ke tehat extend ya renew ho sakta hai. Behtareen compensation package aur facilities di jayengi.

The hiring is purely merit-based, offering performance-driven contracts across major regional hubs.

Requirements & Qualifications

Available Positions & Specific Eligibility

1. CAD Officer - Islamic (Grade: OG-II / OG-I)

• Reporting Hierarchy: Islamic CAD Manager – Credit Administration Division.

• Experience Profile: Minimum 3 years of standard banking experience, which must include at least 2 years of targeted operations in Credit Administration, Credit Operations, Loan Processing, and/or Banking Operations within an Islamic or Conventional banking framework.

• Key Skills: Sound knowledge of commercial and SME financing, review of corporate legal documentation, pledge operations, and exposure to collateral risk reporting. Proficient in MS Office.

• Location: Lahore.

2. CAD Officer - Conventional (Grade: OG-III / OG-II)

• Reporting Hierarchy: Regional Executive – Credit Administration Division.

• Experience Profile: Minimum 2 years of core banking experience in Credit Administration, Loan Processing, and/or Banking Operations. Candidates possessing practical experience in handling Car Finance or Consumer Finance suites will be preferred.

• Key Skills: Thorough understanding of pre and post-disbursement validation criteria for retail banking products (specifically auto finance), regulatory compliance, and exception reporting. Proficient in MS Office.

• Locations: Mianwali, Quetta, Sialkot, and Sheikhupura.

Academic Benchmarks (Applicable to both roles)

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent degree from a local or international university, college, or institute officially recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.

• Candidates holding a Master’s degree or relevant professional banking/financial certifications will be given absolute preference.

Outline of Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Scrutinize Sanction Advices and Facility Offer Letters (FOL) in strict alignment with the Credit Approval Authority Booklet (CAAB), internal credit policies, and Shariah guidelines (for Islamic roles).

• Prepare standard documentation (IBs) for Corporate, Commercial, SME, and Agriculture financial accounts.

• Issue Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC) for approved credit lines once pre-disbursement obligations are fulfilled.

• Assist in registering financial charges with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) via the bank's legal associates.

• Maintain, verify, and safeguard physical/digital credit portfolios, collateral valuations, insurance coverages, premium payment records, and takaful info.

General Terms & Conditions

• Contract Terms: Appointments are contractual for an initial tenure of three (03) years, renewable at the absolute discretion of NBP Management.

• Evaluation: Only shortlisted profiles completely satisfying the basic eligibility benchmarks will be invited for assessment tests and panel interviews. No TA/DA is admissible.
