• City Implementation Team (Rawalpindi) ki Asamiyan aur Ahliyat:

  1. Civil Infrastructure Expert (03 Posts): * Taleem: Civil Engineering ya mutaliqa discipline mein Graduate ya Postgraduate degree.

     • Tajurba: Civil engineering aur infrastructure development mein aam taur par 5 saal ka tajurba. Kam az kam 3 saal ka tajurba makhsoos isi tarah ke projects/assignments mein hona chahiye.

     • Umar: Ziyada se ziyada 50 saal.

  2. Mechanical Infrastructure Expert (01 Post):

     • Taleem: Mechanical Engineering mein Graduate ya Postgraduate degree.

     • Tajurba: Kam az kam 5 saal ka tajurba mechanical engineering ya mutaliqa field mein, jis mein water supply aur sanitation infrastructure par makhsoos focus ho.

     • Umar: Ziyada se ziyada 50 saal.

  3. Social Mobilizers-Community Engagement Program (03 Posts):

     • Taleem: Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Sociology, Gender Studies, ya mutaliqa discipline mein Graduate ya Postgraduate degree.

     • Tajurba: National level organizations mein social mobilization aur gender issues par kaam karne ka kam az kam 2 saal ka tajurba. Rawalpindi ke context mein gender aur social inclusion issues ki achi samajh honi chahiye. Local languages (Urdu aur Saraiki) ka ilm lazmi hai.

     • Umar: Ziyada se ziyada 50 saal.

  4. Gender Expert (01 Post):

     • Taleem: Gender Studies, Social Sciences, ya mutaliqa discipline mein Graduate ya Postgraduate degree.

     • Tajurba: Gender mainstreaming aur social safeguards mein aam taur par kam az kam 4 saal ka tajurba. Kam az kam 2 saal ka tajurba isi tarah ke projects (khusoosan local governments aur urban development reforms) mein ho. Development sector ya international donor organizations ke sath kaam ka tajurba rakhne walon ko tarjeeh di jaye gi.

     • Umar: Ziyada se ziyada 50 saal.

  5. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (01 Post):

     • Taleem: Engineering mein Graduate ya Postgraduate degree.

     • Tajurba: Kam az kam 5 saal ka general experience jis mein 2 saal ka specialized experience monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities mein ho. English mein behtareen written aur spoken communication skills lazmi hain.

     • Umar: Ziyada se ziyada 50 saal.

Overview

The Government of Punjab, Local Government & Community Development Department (LG&CD) invites expressions of interest from qualified individuals for the recruitment of Project Incremental Staff under the "Developing Resilient Environment and Advancing Municipal Services (DREAMS-I)" project. The positions are purely on a contract basis for the City Implementation Team based in Rawalpindi.

Requirements & Qualifications (Rawalpindi Team)

1. Civil Infrastructure Expert (03 Posts)

• Education: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Experience: In general, 5 years of relevant work experience in matters related to civil engineering and infrastructure development. Preferably 3 years of experience working in similar projects/assignments and in a similar capacity.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

2. Mechanical Infrastructure Expert (01 Post)

• Education: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, with a focus strongly placed on water supply and sanitation infrastructure.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

3. Social Mobilizers-Community Engagement Program (03 Posts)

• Education: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Mass Communication, Social Sciences, Sociology, Gender Studies, or a relevant discipline.

• Experience: At least 2 years of experience working in the role of program/project support in national-level organizations working on social development and gender issues. Proven abilities to work with multi-stakeholders and a strong understanding of gender/social inclusion issues in Rawalpindi are required. Knowledge of local languages (Urdu and Saraiki) is necessary.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

4. Gender Expert (01 Post)

• Education: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Gender Studies, Social Sciences, or a relevant discipline.

• Experience: Generally, a minimum of 4 years of work experience in matters related to gender mainstreaming and social safeguards. Preferably 2 years of work experience in similar projects particularly related to local governments and urban development reforms. Experience working in the development sector with international donor organizations is preferred.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.

5. Monitoring & Evaluation Expert (01 Post)

• Education: Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Engineering.

• Experience: A graduate or postgraduate with a minimum of 5 years of general experience, with at least two years of specialized experience in undertaking monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English are required.

• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years.
