Overview

A well-reputed and leading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is urgently seeking experienced professionals, supervisors, and technical trade workers for long-term projects. Candidates must possess specific relevant experience in Electrical Substation, Industrial, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) domains. The recruitment drive is facilitated by Al-Jadid Manpower Services in collaboration with Great Overseas. Selections will be made via face-to-face interviews with a foreign Saudi delegation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Offered Monthly Remuneration (Basic Salary)

• Engineers (Project, Site, MEP, Planning, Estimation, QA/QC): 5,000 SR + Overtime

• Supervisors (Electrical, MEP): 3,000 SR + Overtime

• Foremen (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrument, Civil): 2,800 SR + Overtime

• QA/QC Inspector & Safety Officer: 2,500 SR + Overtime

• Administrative Staff (Document Controller, Admin Officer, Store Keeper): 2,200 SR + Overtime

• Technicians & Skilled Trades (Electrician, Instrument, Fiber Optic, Cable Jointer): 1,800 SR + Overtime

Job Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Engineering Roles: B.Sc Engineering in the respective discipline with 3 to 5+ years of core execution experience.

• Supervisory & Inspector Roles: Diploma or B.Tech qualification with 3 to 5+ years of verified industry experience.

• Safety Officer: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree accompanied by standard certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.

• Administration & Management Roles: University Graduation or relevant Executive Diploma with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

• Technical Trades: Technical Diploma or Valid Trade Certificate with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience on complex electrical or infrastructure projects.

Compulsory Job Terms & Privileges

• Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable based on performance and mutual consent).

• Daily Shift Structure: 8 Hours regular shift duty per day, with added overtime opportunities.

• Company Provided Facilities: Free Accommodation, Medical Coverage, and Commuting Transport are fully arranged and provided by the employer under the Saudi Labor Laws.
