• Domicile: Sirf un umeedwaran ke liye jinka domicile Province of Sindh se hai.

• Asamiyan (Positions), Scale, Taleem (Education) aur Tajurba (Experience):

  1. I.T Technician (BPS-14): 16 years of education ke sath IT/CS mein Bachelor's degree (kam az kam 2nd division) aur minimum 2 saal ka experience. YA 14 years of education ke sath Bachelor's degree aur IT/CS mein 1 saal ka diploma aur minimum 2 saal ka experience.

  2. Computer Operator (BPS-12): Intermediate (kam az kam 2nd division) kisi HEC recognized board se, sath 1 saal ka Computer Diploma, typing speed kam az kam 40 w.p.m, MS Office ka aacha ilm, aur 2 saal ka relevant experience.

  3. Plumber (BPS-5): Literate (khwanda) hona chahiye, sath Plumbing ka Certificate aur 5 saal ka relevant field ka tajurba ho.

  4. Carpenter (BPS-5): Literate (khwanda) hona chahiye, sath Carpentry ka Certificate aur 5 saal ka relevant field ka tajurba ho.

  5. Mali (BPS-2): Literate (khwanda) hona chahiye aur mutaliqa field mein tajurba ho.

  2. Bhare hue form ke sath Rs. 1500/- ka Demand Draft / Pay Order jo "SMI University, Karachi" ke haq mein ho (BPS-14 aur BPS-12 ki posts ke liye), aur tamam documents (Latest CV, CNIC ki copy, do passport-size tasveerein, degrees/certificates, experience documents, aur domicile) attach karein.

  3. Yeh mukammal dossier 18th July 2026 tak ya us se pehle courier ya registered post ke zariye "Directorate of Human Resources Management, Sindh Madressatul Islam University, Aiwan-e-Tijarat Road, Karachi-74000" ko bheinjen.

  4. Envelope ke upar applied position ka naam saaf taur par likhein.

Requirements & Qualifications

Position Matrix & Criteria

• 1. I.T Technician (BPS-14)

  • Option A: Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS or equivalent (awarded after 16 years of education) with at least a 2nd division (preferably 1st division) from an HEC recognized university, along with a minimum of 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

  • Option B: Bachelor's Degree (awarded after 14 years of education) supplemented by a 01-year diploma in IT/CS (preferably 1st division) from an HEC recognized university/institution, with a minimum of 02 years of experience in the relevant field.

• 2. Computer Operator (BPS-12)

  • Education/Certification: Intermediate qualification (at least 2nd division, preferably 1st division) from an HEC recognized board, combined with a 01-year Computer Diploma.

  • Technical Skills: A minimum typing speed of 40 w.p.m, robust operational knowledge of computer applications (MS Office), and 02 years of practical experience in the relevant field.

• 3. Plumber (BPS-5)

  • Criteria: Literate candidate possessing a valid Certificate of Plumbing alongside a minimum of 05 years of verified experience in the relevant field.

• 4. Carpenter (BPS-5)

  • Criteria: Literate candidate possessing a valid Certificate of Carpentry alongside a minimum of 05 years of verified experience in the relevant field.

• 5. Mali (BPS-2)

  • Criteria: Literate candidate with prior practical experience in the relevant field.

General Terms & Instructions

• Processing Fee: A non-refundable processing fee via a Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 1500/- made out in favor of "SMI University, Karachi" is mandatory for applicants targeting Sr. No. 01 (I.T Technician) and Sr. No. 02 (Computer Operator).

• Government Employees: Candidates currently working within government departments or services must route their applications through the proper institutional channel.

• Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one distinct post must submit entirely separate application forms with individual documentation sets.

• Interview Policy: No TA/DA will be paid by the university for attending the written test or panel interview.

How to Apply

1. Visit the official SMI University website to access and print the application form.

2. Compile the printout of the fully filled-in application form together with the Pay Order/Demand Draft (if applicable), latest CV, copy of CNIC, two recent passport-size photographs, copies of all educational degrees/certificates, relevant experience documents, and Sindh province domicile.

3. Clearly mention the specific position applied for on the top of the mailing envelope.
