• Company/Idara: Sukkur Municipal Corporation (SMC) ko Schedule of Establishment ke tehat mukhtalif asamiyon par suitable umeedwaran ki fouri zaroorat hai.

• Asamiyan (Positions), BPS, Vacancies aur Criteria:

  1. Valveman (BPS-03):

     • Vacancies: 09 positions.

     • Taleem aur Tajurba: Middle pass; Water supply system mein kaam karne ka tajurba rakhne walo ko tarzeeh (preference) di jaye gi.

     • Umar ki Hadd: 18 se 28 saal.

     • Proposed Exam: Screening Test.

  2. Motor Operator (BPS-04):

     • Vacancies: 65 positions.

     • Taleem aur Tajurba: Recognized Board se kam az kam 2nd Division mein Matriculation (Matric) pass ho, sath hi mutaliqa field mein Diploma ya Short Course ho. Machinery chalane ka tajurba rakhne walo ko tarzeeh di jaye gi.

     • Umar ki Hadd: 18 se 28 saal.

     • Proposed Exam: Screening Test.

• Domicile: Srf Local Basis (Sukkur) ke umeedwar jin ke paas Domicile/PRC ho wohi apply kar sakte hain.

• Khas Quotas: Disabled persons, minorities, aur women ka quota sarkari qawaneen ke mutabiq barkrar rakha jaye ga. Govt policy ke mutabiq age relaxation bhi di jaye gi.

• Khas Hidayat (Pichli Advertisement walo ke liye): Jin umeedwaran ne pichli advertisement (No. INF/KRY No. 784/2025 tarikh 09/03/2025) ke tehat pehle apply kiya tha, unhein OTS website ke zariye dobara apply karna lazmi hai, lekin unhein application fee dobara jama karwane ki zaroorat nahi hai.

• Apply Karne Ka Tariqa:

  1. Online registration aur form submit karne ke liye OTS ki website www.ots.org.pk par jayen.

  2. Application fee jama karne ke liye apne banking app par login karein, "1-Bill Payment" select karein, apna PSID enter karke payment verify aur mukammal karein.

  3. Online portal par apne tamam attested educational documents, PRC Form-D ya C, CNIC, aur experience certificates ki scanned copies upload karein.

Overview

Sukkur Municipal Corporation (SMC) invites applications from suitable and eligible local candidates against multiple vacant positions under the Schedule of Establishment of Sukkur Municipal Corporation. The recruitment, testing, and application process are being managed systematically via the Open Testing Service (OTS). All appointments require candidates to undergo a standard primary screening test.

Positions & Eligibility Criteria

• Valveman (BPS-03): 09 Vacancies | Age Limit: 18–28 Years

  • Qualification: Minimum Middle pass education. Candidates possessing functional experience in handling public water supply systems will be preferred.

• Motor Operator (BPS-04): 65 Vacancies | Age Limit: 18–28 Years

  • Qualification: Matriculation (at least in 2nd Division) from a recognized educational board, along with a relevant technical Diploma or short course certification. Practical background experience operating machinery is highly preferred.

Mandatory Rules & Quotas

• Domicile Condition: Applications are strictly open on a Local Basis. Candidates must possess a valid local Domicile and PRC (Form-C or Form-D) of the relevant district.

• Reserved Quotas: Outlined quotas for Disabled Persons, Minorities, and Women will be stringently observed as per the standard Government of Sindh rules. General age relaxation will be applied based on prevailing government policies.

• Re-application Clause: Candidates who previously applied under the older Advertisement No. INF/KRY No. 784/2025 dated 09/03/2025 (bearing Ref No. SMC/GB/Estt:/Appt:/123 of 2025) are explicitly required to apply afresh through the new OTS portal. However, they are completely exempted from paying the application processing fee again.

How to Apply

1. Go to the official Open Testing Service web portal at www.ots.org.pk for secure online registration and form processing.

2. To submit the registration fee, access your mobile banking application, navigate to the "1-Bill Payment" module, enter the unique PSID generated by your application, verify the billing details, and complete the transaction.

3. Upload clear scanned copies of all your attested academic transcripts/certificates, valid CNIC, Domicile, PRC, and job experience certificates directly onto the application web portal.

4. Keep checking your applicant account portal regularly for crucial updates regarding test scheduling, roll number slips, and final answer keys.
